OUR GUARANTEE

Rest assured that all our products are made to the highest quality standards. Every window treatment is hung and checked prior to packaging and shipping. We inspect all fabrics for flaws and imperfections that are not inherent in the fabric. We are your personal drapery fabricator making each treatment as custom, made to order, in our USA workroom by our specially trained staff.

RETURN POLICY

All window treatments purchased from Pegasus Interiors are custom made based on the customer’s specifications and measurements which are sent to us. Each product is custom fabricated and therefore no returns can be accepted other than for manufacturer defects. Pegasus Interiors stands behind every treatment we produce. We carefully hang and inspect every treatment before it leaves our workroom, to ensure you receive the highest quality window treatment possible. In the unlikely event a manufacturer’s error leaves our workroom or some other problem with your order, please immediately contact our Customer Service Department at linda@pegasusinteriors.com so that we may address the problem.
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.

In the event of a manufacturer error we will repair or replace the product free of charge provided the customer followed Pegasus Interiors measuring and installation instructions.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. We will ask you to return the item (s) purchased for inspection so that we can determine the appropriate course of action. We are committed to turning around all repairs and replace items quickly. If an item is returned and there is no manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

OOPS DISCOUNT

In the event you realize that you chose the wrong item once you receive the treatment we will try and help you. We will extend a courtesy discount on a replacement order. The order must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the oops order, you must return the oops product and the replacement order must be for the same window measurements.

CANCELLATIONS

As stated above, all window treatments purchased from Pegasus Interiors are custom made to the customer’s measurements and specifications. All purchases are paid in full at the point of sale. Each product is custom manufactured and therefore no cancellations are allowed once production has begun. We have aggressive lead times and look to put orders into production as quickly as possible. In the event that you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at linda@pegasusinteriors.com immediately so that we can see if we can catch the order. There are no changes, cancellations, or returns without the express written permission of Pegasus Interiors.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

The manufacturer provides a limited lifetime warranty (the “Warranty”) that the manufacturer’s products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The Warranty applies only to custom made products in the original windows for which the product was ordered and intended.

The Warranty does not cover defects that result from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, or failure to follow use and care instructions. Examples of normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to: loss of color intensity, exposure to salt air, damage from insects or pets, or normal fading from sunlight.

The Warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation in the same or any other window or application.

Custom made products are manufactured in accordance with the measurements and specifications submitted to Pegasus Interiors, by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for submitting the correct measurements and specifications and for the assembly and installation of the product. The Warranty does not cover products unusable by reason of miss-measurement or assembly or installation not in accordance with the instructions provided by Pegasus Interiors.

Colors and textures of fabrics may vary slightly from lot to lot on some styles, and Pegasus Interiors periodically discontinues certain styles and colors. Pegasus Interiors reserves the right to substitute discontinued warranted products with the nearest color and/or style of product that is of equivalent or greater value.

Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please contact us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
