Once we receive your “Getting Down to Details” information sheet, we will review it and if necessary contact you for clarification and answer any additional questions you may have. Be sure to include your measurements.
If you do not have a crystal clear vision of what style you want to create or have a unique window; we are ready to guide you in the right direction. Just send us photos of your room and we will help.
Next Steps
With all the pertinent information in hand, we will then prepare an estimate for the window treatment you have selected and in the fabric selected. We will be happy to send you a sample of the fabric chosen to verify the color and feel of the fabric along with the proposal.
Once approved, and payment is made, our workroom will get busy fabricating your treatment and we will send you notification when the finished product is ready to ship.
How to Pay
When it comes time to complete payment, we’ll send you a PayPal invoice. You can securely pay by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account of your own. You may also choose to mail a check and will will arrange delivery as soon as the check has cleared. If you ever have any questions or concerns, just contact us!
