This 1950’s box cape will be renovated to suit the more open space needs of the home owners.  Our goal is to bring in more light and open narrow dark hallways.  By adding a new guest bath, new master bedroom with walk in closet and updated bathroom and an open kitchen plan this home will fit the needs  of today’s home owner. The outside will also feature a large raised patio and new landscaping. More pictures to come as we move along with the renovation.
